OASIS Employee Scheduling
The Employee Scheduling Module allows you to efficiently schedule, plan, and mange your employees with the utmost efficiency. It has been designed to fully integrate with Human Resource & Payroll Applications.

This scheduling system will provide easy on-line access not only to the schedulers but all employees as well. Touch Screen Monitors accessible via the Kiosk Terminals allow employees to access, view, and print their weekly schedules at any time.
  • Schedulers can view a complete list of all employees they are responsible for
  • Scheduling can be done by employee or the “Entire Scheduling Group”
  • PTO hours can be viewed for individuals
  • All regular and overtime hours can be viewed
  • Cost impact can be view for scheduled group or individuals
  • Copy utility makes easy scheduling from one week to the next
  • Schedules can be created up to five weeks in advance

 

  • Employee positions and available locations can be viewed when scheduling
  • Simplified functionality allows for automatic eight hour scheduling shifts
  • Color coded PTO Schedules:
    • No PTO Scheduled
    • Full PTO Day Scheduled
    • Partial PTO Day Scheduled
  • Allows for scheduling of multiple job positions.
  • Schedules can be generated by: Employee, Department, Position, or Location.
  • Schedules can be consolidated or printed by shift (ie.. Day, Swing, or Graveyard).
  • Schedules can be Printed for distribution once they have been created.

  • Easy access via Kiosk Terminal allow for touch screen access (No computer required to access schedule).
  • Users will automatically be logged out if screen has been inactive for 30 seconds.

Security
Security in the Employee Scheduling Module is based on the user's Social Security Number (SSN) and a Personal Identification Number (PIN) chosen by the user.

Architecture
The Web Server (ASP) manages security, provides the user interface, and passes data requests to the SQL Server.  The SQL Server reads data from your Human Resources & Payroll application and from its own specialized tables and reports back to the Web Server.
